- A large group of children stand in the middle of the street and the boys are holding American flags. Boys and girls are each dressed in matching clothes and a man in uniform stands in front of the group. Two women stand at the front of the group on either side of the street. A banner for the festival reading "United China Relief Aug 7-8-9" is visible at the top of the image. The parade is part of the Moon Festival held between August 7-9, 1941. The photograph was taken at night.
