The Catholic Chinese Academy purchased a school bus from the Langlois Bros School and Transportation companies from the Parochial School. The bus arrived on March 4, 1947. The school could buy the bus because of the money gained from older students and alums who sold raffle tickets and attended a benefit show. Archbishop JJ Cantwell also provided other funds.
